Checker-throated Antwren

Checker-throated Antwren is a regularly-seen, but somewhat elusive antbird, generally moving too quickly to be filmed well. The image below, of a bird attending an ant swarm on Semaphore Hill, below Panama's Canopy Tower, is possibly as good as it gets!
